P50
What the market pays, before the negotiation starts. Live compensation bands for the seats we place: family office leadership, private household, executive protection, aviation and yachting.
How to read it
The vocabulary
1
P25 to P90 is the credible market range for a seat, anchored on the P50 median. A single number is a guess. A band is a position.
2
Built from named survey instruments. The chips under the badge name every instrument behind the figure.
3
Market signal where no instrument publishes a table. Aggregator and agency data informs these bands, and the badge says so instead of dressing them up.
4
Type a number to see where it sits in the band. It is checked in your browser and never stored.
Where the numbers come from
The instruments
Every figure traces to the rouka benchmark set. The instruments beside this are named on the build line of each figure they support, alongside the rest of the set.
Yacht bands scale by vessel size, with the ratio cited where you can read it. When the data thins, we model and say so. The badge on every band tells you which kind of number you are looking at.

The Benchmark prices the seat. The guides explain it: structures, tiers, and the tradecraft behind each discipline, drawn from the same dataset.
